Head of Commercial Sales Management
Role and Responsibilities:
•Analyze and propose sales strategy, sales model to RM Group Head, as well as develop and design sales process to achieve business objectives and align with strategic business and product direction.
•Collate sales information both on lending and related products from RM Group Head and product sales team.
•Coordinate with product manager on product, sales process and tools required for sales process.
•Co-design, cascade and measure sales KPIs in accordance with strategy and target.
•Define, cascade and summarize revenue target, as well as define customer coverage ratio, budget and headcounts for RMs.
•Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement guidelines in accordance with strategy and target.
•Define reward & recognition in accordance with CBG strategy in order to drive expected behavior.
•Define and develop effective tools and performance tracking systems.
•Define qualification and capacity for sales team in response to sales strategy & sales model.
•Develop qualitative sales performance report in timely matter.
•Prepare sales information report to determine action plan in accordance with CBG strategy.
•Co-develop and maintain CRM systems to ensure accuracy and up-to-date customer information ready to utilize by sales team.
•Generate qualitative and accurate customers’ lead to enhance sales opportunity.
•Coach and groom subordinates to grow and develop in alignment with their career path aspirations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing, Finance & Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years experience in sales management, marketing broker industry or banking industry.
• Excellent mentoring and people management skills.
• Strong in communication and presentation skill.
• High achievement drive.
