Retail Sales and Campaign Management (Vietnamese Speaking) (AEC Markets)
Job Description:
• Analyze and understand customer demands for retail banking products and services, collect market information, gain insight into market trends, plan and manage strategies for each retail customer segment.
• Initiate the launch of various marketing promotions such as customer acquisition, cross-selling, up-selling, aiming to develop potential/high value customer segmentation, and to monitor the target achievement for each promotion on a regular basis.
• Prepare a strategic plan for sales of retail products including communicating and assigning plans to sales team members.
• Study and analyze retail customers’ needs and problems, including finding ways to improve business processes to develop customers’ experience.
• Conduct post-campaign evaluation report and analysis; deliver timely and right cross-sell plan, closely align with external partner to maximize business result.
• Co-work with product managers in IT related development phase to achieve expected deliverables and target timeline as well as support Data management for retail sales management
Qualification:
• Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing, Finance & Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Tele-sales management, retail sales and campaign management, marketing, or banking industry with strong know-how and understanding in AEC market.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
• Strong in communication and presentation skill.
• High achievement drive.
• Location: Kasikorn Bank, Phaholyothin Office (near BTS Ari), and occasionally travel to AEC Country.
