Stay updated on global market trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights connected to in-destination sales and B2C marketing trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize marketing with corporate strategy.
Use data and analytics to inform decisions, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Manage direct marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives across regional markets (both online and offline)
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to marketing guidelines across all channels.
Identify opportunities for market expansion and product localization.
Develop contingency plans for potential marketing risks.
Oversee content distribution across websites, digital platforms, and offline channels (flyers, brochures, collateral of any kind).
Manage B2C/IDS marketing efforts, social media, EDMs, and customer journeys.
Apply SEO best practices and leverage Google Analytics to optimize content and website performance.

About You
The Essentials
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in online travel marketing.
A strong understanding of the customer journey within the tourism industry is highly preferred, alongside a graphic design/UX experience background is seen as an advantage
Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Proven experience with Marketing Automation Tools, including project management tools, CRM systems, Canva, SEMrush, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office software.
In-depth knowledge of the Google Marketing Suite (SEO), including Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Digital Marketing channel analysis, and Search Console. Familiarity with SEM is a plus.
Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Elementor) for website management and optimisation.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to support minor website updates and effective collaboration with web development teams.
