Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and execute relationships with Key Business Partners and work cross functionally
- Monitor the external environment in cities and states and key stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze implementation initiatives
- Develop strategies and plans to consistently deliver leading performance and organizational development
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Leadership and people management experience
- Pharmaceutical/ Health Care experience
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Master’s or PhD degree
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Experience leading multi-markets and managing matrix teams
- Ability to implement strategy
