Collaboration with Sales in driving opportunities through offer process ensuring financial compliance with Siemens Energy business guidelines and supporting our Sales strategy.
Commercial management includes among other aspects related to: P/L, B/S, cash flow, project accounting and invoicing, coordination of logistics and procurement activities, controlling, reporting and forecasting, taxation, audits, management of the contract, adherence to applicable rules and regulations
Good at in contract, legal terms and conditions.
Support the LoA process.
Review and analyze financial and commercial components of internal/external customer proposals and review and evaluate customer terms.
In collaboration with Sales ensure the accuracy of the cost and review pricing calculation.
Participate in activities associated with order turnover to project execution and alignment of customer expectations.
Identify and support the development of strategies, efficiencies, and responsibilities to turn proposals into orders and improve alignment/consistency of processes.
Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy and local accounting guidelines.
For cross border projects: Evaluate and resolve appropriate trading model in compliance with relevant tax regulations per PATAC guidance.
Identify any foreign currency risk within proposals and implement mitigation strategy.
Support any Guarantee or letters of credit requirements identified during the offer phase.
Support order intake forecasting and order intake reporting.
Support activity, pipeline, and revenue goals monthly
What You Bring
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or others related fields
3-5 years of professional experience in accounting, commercial or finance
Experience with strategic financial evaluations in project business
Experience within contract negotiations, project management and financial project controlling, or cost estimations
Strong analytical skills
The candidate should have demonstrated skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines is required.
Candidate should be able to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial internal customers.
Basic understanding of the power industry, customer requirements and competitive landscape is a plus.
