Position Objectives:
The position is responsible for assisting Thailand’s exporting markets (including Vietnam in 2024, and potential other countries in South Asia in mid to long term in Asia). This includes finish goods exporting pricing and logistics support, sales and marketing related daily support. It is one of the most critical roles to bridge our sales team and back-office team to help accelerate the business growth in a multinational environment
Position Responsibilities:
- Export business related sales and marketing daily support and assistance (including SAP and pricing system support, order process, duty clearance, shipment process, etc.)
- Coordination with supply chain team on inventory & demand planning, and coordination with export team on execution
- Collect and summarize all the sales data and complete monthly sale reporting monthly for seller for quarterly rebate calculation and payment process
- Centralized documentation, processes, agreements and data center for sales and marketing team (e.g., contract and authorization letter administration, compliance related work support
- Mailing of documents: mailing of sales reimbursement forms, rebate invoices, payment applications, contracts, documents, etc.
- Marketing campaign and material support
- Lead generation through website and phone inbound request
- Other duties deemed necessary
Qualification and Key Skills Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree along with 2-year relevant experience of applied position
- Experience in exporting business is a must. Experience in Supply chain customer service and distributor support are preferable
- Excellent in excel and data analysis
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Knowledge of other Asian languages e.g. Vietnamese would be an advantage
