The Commercial Analyst will work closely with Management, Business Intelligence (BI), and the Commercial team to optimize pricing strategies, identify growth opportunities, and enhance overall business performance. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and contribute to the company's long-term success
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our products and services
- Develop models, frameworks and methodologies to evaluate customer segments, identify potential cross-sell and upselling opportunities, and determine the most effective strategies
- Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to design and implement data collection methods and data quality processes to ensure accurate and reliable analysis
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels, including senior management, to influence decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service, to understand business needs and define objectives for cross-selling and upselling initiatives
