Create an aftersales strategy for Asia-Oceania region and facilitate the project to improve customer loyalty and maximize aftersales revenue.
Coordinate and support for local offices and distributors in Asia-Oceania region as a regional headquarter of Honda Motor Co., Ltd., which includes organizing meeting events, providing training to improve DLR service operation, standardizing activity with guideline creation, etc.
Plan short and medium-term direction with local offices and distributors, monitor the performance against it, and report to management by monthly, quarterly, and yearly
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field
Excellent command in English, both speak & writing (TOEIC 700 or above
Work experience in aftersales service at automotive company is a plus
Good in analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skill
Good skill in Microsoft Office and presentation ppt making
Positive attitude, flexible, and open-minded
Able to travel upcountry and overseas
