Job Description
Oversee and manage the production of all pastry and bakery items, ensuring consistent quality in accordance with established policies and F&B recipes. Lead the team in maintaining high standards while optimizing efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel and Food Preparation Management.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in an international hotel.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Management System is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years in similar capacity / in a five-star hotel/ resort
- Ability to analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production reports,
- ensuring statistics are consistently accurate and up-to-date
