To prepare and manage internal and external meetings, conference/video meetings, meeting room reservations. Eventually taking notes and follow-up.
Filling documents. contracts and templates on behalf of Head of Commercial
Process invoices for payment.
Handle highly sensitive information with integrity and in a confidential manner.
Administrative duties such preparing documents for courier, delivery, stationery, faxing, copying, binding.
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
Create and update PowerPoint materials when required.

Who you are:
Recent experience from an international environment as a Management/ Executive Assistant with solid experience from supporting senior leaders
Experience of professionally managing highly confidential information
Experience in handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, office management and/or experience in hospitality industry is a plus
Good working knowledge of digital workplace tools ( MS Office etc)
Fluent in English and Thai
