Responsibilities And Tasks
- Act as a liaison between CEO and various internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the executive and senior managers in handling special projects and ad-hoc assignment when required.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO including monitor all information flows, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
- Analyze strategic or operational tasks, gather, analyze and evaluate relevant data, and provides comprehensive reports and decision memos in assigned functional area.
- Arrange management meeting and summarize key discussion points in minutes of meeting including follow up outstanding tasks to ensure proper execution.
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s time, priorities, travel arrangement and itinerary, ensuring optimal time allocation and coordination.
- Prepare, edit correspondence, communications, presentations reports, and statistical charts for internal and external audiences.
- Manage integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.
- Prepare annual plans and budgets, and complete analysis of monthly budget activity.
- Maintain highest level of confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Thai.
