Provide technical support, technical assurance and consultation to Asset, on the new or modification project or wellhead platform construction projects with regards to Engineering disciplines, including engineering cost estimation, problem analysis, field troubleshooting, as well as implementation of new technologies.
Perform conceptual design, basic and detail engineering, drawing designs, specifications, detailed cost estimation, detailed schedules, material lists, etc. of the construction proposal.
Review, evaluate, and recommend development concepts, facility design, and decommissioning.
Study, analyze, review, and recommend modification/ construction options and solutions to the process that will enhance/optimize production at minimum costs and with proper safety considerations. Determine effect of such modification/ construction on the process and report feasibility of such modification/ construction
Coordinate with drafting, engineering, procurement, and legal teams in preparing the material specification & procurement process, drawing package, bid package, evaluation process, and contract document.
Provide technical advice/solution upon request during the construction and commissioning phases.
Ensure work quality to be aligned with Engineering standard, policy, procedures, and guidelines.
Promote and ensure an effective implementation of SSHE rules and procedures as well as engineering best practices.
Professional Knowledge & Experiences
Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
10 years of experience in construction or structural engineering.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Good negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with structure analysis software is preferable i.e. SACS, USFOS, GRLWEAP, ANSYS
Familiar with offshore structure design code i.e. API RP2A, ISO19900, ISO19902, etc.
Knowledge and experience of offshore structure design including in-services and pre-services engineering.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results within deadlines.
