Job Description
The position purpose comprises the key objectives for the position, and functions that this position is responsible for on a day to day basis.
This position is part of the Project & Development team of the Minor Hotel Group, requiring the services of an experienced individual who has good knowledge of practices in the areas of hotel Construction, Design and Building Renovation. Incumbents are often responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, protecting the interests and assets of the organization by ensuring compliance to Minor Architectural, Technical and Design standards and the project completion on time and on budget. Work is typically accomplished through interaction and working closely with Minor Hotel Group team, Design
Consultants, Project Managers and Hotel Owners to ensure compliance with Minor standards. Provides assistance with Project delivery as part of new construction and renovation projects. Familiarity with computer- assisted design, drafting and project management software applications is required. Acts as the manager for projects for Project Development for new construction and renovation projects as assigned by the Senior Project Development leaders.
Qualifications
Graduate from a university ideally with a Technical or industry related background.
