Job Description:

• Deliver on the design and implementation of data governance policies, standards, and processes to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.
• Execute data governance initiatives to establish and enforce data access controls, retention policies, and classification guidelines across bank-wide applications.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate data governance requirements into project plans and deliverables, ensuring alignment with data architecture standards.
• Monitor data governance activities to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of data governance frameworks.
• Support the development and maintenance of data governance documentation and training materials.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, MIS or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in data governance and data management.
• Experience in data governance framework, policies and procedure.
• Have basic knowledge in SQL and data tools/technologies
• Familiar with Banking or Financial industry
• Good command of English
