    Customer Service Representative

    Position Details

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop an advanced understanding of live-streaming features and user/VIP needs and psychology.
    • Plan and organize regular user/VIP events, issue rewards, and manage event budgets.
    • Provide customer service support via chat, phone, email, and social media to assist users/VIPs with inquiries.
    • Build and maintain user/VIP contacts, collect and manage user data, and analyze user feedback.
    • Visit users/VIPs regularly to maintain relationships and develop new connections.
    • Coordinate and analyze effective events/activities, gather feedback from users, and identify areas for improvement.


    Requirement:

    • Bachelor's degree or above, based in Bangkok with proficiency in Chinese (HSK 5 or higher) or excellent oral and written English.
    • Proficient in data analysis tools, Microsoft Office software, and excellent time management skills.
    • Prior experience in sales, customer services, payment channels, or online entertainment industries preferred.
    • Willingness to work night shifts and holiday WFH shifts.
    • Fast learner with a strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and ability to handle pressure.
