Job duties;

/ provide information to customers about services / products

/ coordinate with technical team

/ customer service daily/weekly/monthly reports

/ Support documents for Technical service team

/ Input data into the system

/ Foreign Customer Services

/ Answering phone calls

/Excellent English communication
