Build and revise creator management strategies that are scalable, driving growth and retention of high-revenue driving creators and retention of scaled network creators.
Advocate for creators, identify and manage local issues, opportunities and risks and partner with global and cross-functional teams to influence business and product strategy.
Navigate complexity and ambiguity, partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive alignment, clarity and execution.
Develop commercial partnerships between Hepmil Thailand and creators to support overall business strategy
Drive activation and rapport of new creators, track business metrics and insights and promote a culture of constructive feedback for team success.
Participate in external conferences, panels and press engagements.
Lead & Responsible for managing business relationships with not-limited to TikTok creators and content partners.
Mentor creators partnership team by attracting and retaining excellent, diverse talent to cultivate a high-performing team.
Qualifications:
5-8 Years of experience in creative industries, content production or digital marketplace, and with the creator ecosystem and industry landscape.
Experience in business leadership, partnerships and driving operations across cross-functional teams.
Experience as a people manager
Possess professional command of English and Thai
Experience handling regional campaigns is a strong plus OR working background in a regional dynamics e.g. SEA, APAC
Experience building rights agreements, working with management and strategy teams
Experience in launching new products, tracking business metrics and providing insights and feedback to product teams.
Experience working within a matrixed business, influencing multiple internal stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in managing high-performing teams, with the ability to attract and retain talent as well as cultivate a diverse pool of talent.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex, ambiguous topics.
Able to manage deadlines with strong leadership and project management skills
