    Position Details

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and inspire a team of creatives, including art directors, copywriters, designers, and other specialists, to generate groundbreaking ideas and produce high-quality work.
    • Develop creative concepts and strategies for advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media platforms, and offline channels.
    • Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand their brand, target audience, objectives, and messaging requirements.
    • Present and pitch creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients, incorporating their feedback and revisions as necessary.
    • Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final production, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the client's specifications.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in advertising and marketing, and incorporate relevant innovations into creative work.
    • Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
    • Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively to optimize productivity and ensure project success.
    • Collaborate with other departments.


    Creative Director Job Responsibilities

    • Creative Strategy: Develop and execute the overarching creative vision and strategy for the organization, aligning with company objectives, target audience, and market trends to deliver innovative and compelling creative solutions.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, art directors, and specialists. Provide direction and feedback to ensure consistent high-quality output and foster professional growth.
    • Branding and Identity: Direct the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring all creative assets and communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand image.
    • Content Creation: Drive the creation of diverse creative content, spanning marketing campaigns, advertisements, website design, social media content, videos, and more, to engage and resonate with target audiences effectively.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure creative efforts align with and enhance overall business objectives, fostering cross-functional synergy.
    • Innovation: Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and creative techniques, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the creative team to push boundaries and drive impactful results.
    • Budgeting and Resource Management: Manage the creative department's budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize outcomes while adhering to financial constraints.
    • Performance Evaluation: Establish clear performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns and projects using data-driven insights. Continuously refine strategies and approaches based on performance feedback to drive ongoing improvement and success.


    Required Skills

    • Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience from a digital agency
    • Language Skills: Fluent in English with native proficiency in Thai.
    • Background: Experience exclusively from digital agencies.
    • Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and develop creative campaigns.
    • Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills to inspire and collaborate with teams.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align creative efforts with organizational goals and develop long-term strategies.
    • Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders.
    • Branding and Design: Proficiency in branding principles, design concepts, and visual aesthetics.
    • Marketing and Consumer Insights: Understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior for effective campaign creation.
    • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard creative software and technology.
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market trends and consumer preferences.
    • Decision-Making: Capacity to make informed, data-driven decisions.
    • Industry Experience: Extensive experience in creative roles with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
