Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on determine requirements to generate creative ideas and conceptualizing design solutions
Develop visual branding elements such as logos, color palettes, typography, based on brand guidelines that reflect a company's identity, values, and personality
Ensure consistency across all brand assets and collateral to establish a strong brand identity and recognition in the market
Create designs for various print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, packaging, and signage, ensuring that the designs are visually appealing and effectively communicate the intended message
Also design graphics for digital platforms such as websites, social media, mobile apps, and multimedia presentations, considering factors like user experience, responsiveness, and interactivity
Respond to organization teams’ inquiries including other department work or corporate work
Test graphics across various media
Communicate concepts and designs to Art Directors prior to incorporating them into revised designs
Amend designs based on feedback
Upskill to keep up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies
Candidate requirements
Proven graphic designing experience
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
A strong aesthetic sense and is an expert in combining brand standards, color theories, typography, and graphic elements to make visuals compelling and attention-seeking
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
Proficient in English is a plus
