Research and Update: Research local and global trends in change management to continuously update and strengthen the TOP Group’s change management system.
Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes within the TOP Group to identify opportunities for improvement, aiming for increased efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall effectiveness.
Methodologies and Tools: Develop and maintain systematic approaches, methodologies, and tools that support analytical process design and process improvement consulting services across the TOP Group.
Education
Business Administration: Specializations such as International Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
Industrial Engineering: Or other relevant engineering fields.
Experience
Professional Background: 3-5 years of experience in business consulting, change management, and work process improvement.
