Job Responsibilities:

1. Content Screening:

• Review and screen podcast videos and other content to ensure quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Identify strong hook lines for short video formats and communicate them to the editor.

2. Editing & Editor Management:

• Edit content directly, ensuring it is polished and publication-ready.
• Collaborate with and manage editors, providing time stamps and feedback to ensure edits align with client strategies and brand goals.

3. Content Strategy Support:

• Work with the creative team to contribute to content strategies and trends for video production.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Maintain smooth communication and workflow between content creators, editors, client, and the rest of the team.

Qualifications:

• Based in Bangkok.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in video editing and managing editors.
• Familiarity with social media trends.
• Experience in content management or editing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and work effectively with a remote team.
