About the job
Responsible and to achieve the commercial sales target for all platforms
-Improve the overall basket size
-Improve the gross profit by careful management of promotion, product discount and coupon usage
-Improve the growth and aim for consistency in daily and weekly orders count
-Improve the accuracy of forecasting sales and order trends
Maketing
-Planning monthly, quarterly and yearly B2C campaign in both brand.com and marketplaces
-Responsible for marketing calendar planning
-Supervise commercial team to conduct post mortem, learning and sharing of best practises and failures in campaign execution
-Explore new marketing opportunities including new channel, marketplace platforms, tactics and partnership
-Explore new product opportunities, finding hero SKUs and uniqueness for eCommerce business
-Supervise commercial team in engaging with external partnership
Cost Management
-Manage of voucher / coupon code creation in both marketplaces platform and brand.com
-Strict budgeting and monitoring marketing expenses including negotiate retainer fees, marketplace barter program, external collaboration
-Monitor and regulate the marketplaces commission rate, payment rate
-Monitor the current payment gateway rate, including exploring new payment channel which offering lower rate
-Maintain and optimise customer paid shipping to offset the shipping fees rate
-To explore eVoucher / GiftCard selling / CSR or any other opportunities to increase the top line revenue
Leadership competencies
Qualification :
-Bachelor’s degree and above 3 years in Digital Marketing Background or/and ECommerce campaign planning and execution.
-Retail / FMCG Experiences will be preferred
-Adventurous, driven with entrepreneurial spirit; a creative problem solver with an open mind.
-Good command of English, reading, writing, and speaking skill.
