Provide full proposal leadership from initial inquiry to deal closure and handover (track key dates, manage stakeholders and proposal submission deadlines).
Responsible for running an efficient, consistent, and compliant Policy 5.0 Risk Management process starting from deal screening (R0), resource allocation (R1), deal reviews (R2), and contract hand over (R3).
Perform initial risk evaluation, determine feasibility, and bid compliance concerns.
Tight coordination with internal stakeholders in completing the technical & commercial aspects of the proposal development phase – sales, finance, execution, risk, legal, engineering, etc.
Ensure Risk Checklist & DOA are reviewed & completed for all proposals.
Review, respond and negotiate terms & conditions.
Propose and support formal R2 to obtain pricing and contract deviation approvals (regional and HQ).
Generate final proposal with approved deviations/language as required.
Manage all deal related documentation prior to handover to execution team
Use appropriate business tools e.g. NEX, Tableau, CMR, JCE, FINSUM, CPQ, SC workflows, etc.
Support sales team in deal negotiation and closure
Prepare order acknowledgements, obtain contract signatures, and ensure internal order booking is completed on-time.
Conduct formal R3 review to handover execution requirements/documents.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
Strong influencing skills towards internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work with country team and customers predominantly in the ANZ region.
