Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for QA Launch activity.
• Single point of contact for QA innovations and new technology across FTM plant.
• Leading quality launch preparation and meet launch requirement planning all build phase.
• Leading quality plan / matrix alignment in plant score card and launch readiness input.
• Planning and coordinator launch activity from launch team as interface to all related quality supervisor.
• Ensuring facility, equipment, tooling as ordering, installation in Quality dept. meet ford requirement.
• Ensuring surveillance audit and Full FCPA system is implemented and applied consistently to the region.
• Defining and maintain launch related documentation for specific brand / regional application inputted.
• Cooperate launch auditor ensuring that all concerns calling regardless of the suspected original such Craftsmanship, Design, Vehicle Dynamics or Manufacturing Variability to ensuring all concerns input.
• Validate allocation planning tool, work element allocations and workstation cap, instruction sheet update.
• Develop comprehensive plan with plant launch leader to train and certify all direct and indirect to team.
• Maintain the new model training and versatility charts, matrix for all employees in the quality area.
• Tracking and resolve defect issues with lead white board meeting activities and participate issue binning.
• Cooperate training new coming and existing supervision on the new product specific functional feature.
• Ensure customer concern feedback, properly mapping in the quality checks system since launch phase.
• Leading daily meetings with launch team member and daily issue following up and properly data tracking.
• Perform other related duties as required and support other job assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Engineering Degree
• 5-8 year experiences in automotive manufacturing
• Knowledge of Launch, Powertrain, Innovation / waste eliminations, Quality tools, Communication Skills, Computer Skills., Proficiency in the English Language and Government regulations
