Day To Day Responsibilities Will Include

Education & Training

• Develop product knowledge to internal sales team and external customers by
• Training to sales team
• Training to customers
• Product, study update to sales team
• Prepare product specification, manual, tools for sales team use such as power point, specification, brochure, etc.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Marketing Activity

• Assesses product market data by visiting customers with sales team to get product feedback, follow up the product movement and competitor activities.
• Case in service during product launching or customer call for case in new center.
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products (ex. When do the presale activities), update competitor’s activities.
• Obtains product market share by working with Sales Director to develop product sales strategies.
• Participate the Society, annual congress, education activity and customer’s conference for exhibition booth, conference workshop setup.
• Coordinate with Sales Director, sales team to develop the KOL ex. Conference speaker, local conference speaker.
• New product launching activities.

Support for selling process

• Support in tender process
• Prepare spec, configuration
• Support customers before and after selling our product in hospitals
• Support sales visits and problem’s solving

Your Experience Includes

• Bachelor Degree in Nurse, Biomedical Engineer, Medical Technology, Medical Science, Marketing degree and/or a combination of education and related work experience
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in clinical support, product education to sales team & customers and marketing activity in healthcare industry
• Drive and passion to identify and develop relationships with key opinion leaders
• Able to provide advance products knowledge information in a professional manner to the customers
• Ability to identify and develop new market opportunities in adverse circumstances
• Solid understanding of local healthcare market and hospital hierarchy, application of business concepts, quality procedures and practices
• Fluent in English and Thai language
• Strong presentation skill and sense of selling skills in competitive situations, and a strong desire to succeed
