Ensure ongoing improvement in sales and profitability of campaigns by monitoring sales performance and updating selections and offers (Key categories; High GM products; phase-out products; slow movers)
Drive adaptation of key visuals and key messages for window and in-store adv. in cooperation with relevant dept (Design; Product Marketing)
Present all aspects of the campaign to the relatives depts and implement on-going update
