Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to Business Services processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), standard templates, and onboarding materials.
Assist with the execution of finance & legal tasks related to Business Services activities, such as expense reports, contract review, and regulatory compliance
Provide efficient administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, call support, and handling travel arrangements
Identify and implement opportunities with manager to improve Business Services operational efficiency through process optimization and automation
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Writing And Issuing Emails/slack team members and departments on behalf of the company or senior staff
Finding a way to improve administrative processes.
Assisting all the Business Services department activities.
Identify and fill important gaps across the business.
Learning skills and roles needed for our business activities
Be able to create report/documentation for senior management
Financial records (Weekly / monthly)
Maintain or improve Financial/accounting to better processes
Be able to create financial reports
Be able to contact/negotiate with external and government officers such as Immigration/ The Revenue Department/ District or Company Lawyer.
Skills & Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
Educated to Degree level or equivalent. Graduating in Business Management/ Administration or Accounting field would be an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Some knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)
Proficient in; PM software tools such as Slack, Trello, Excel, and Word.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
