Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or other relevant area.
5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the software development industry. Understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is essential.
Expertise and experience in Banking and the Financial Services industry is a big plus.
Experience in consultative selling and developing long-term client relationships.
Possess a well-established network of qualified prospects to be able to convert them into leads quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner in English (and preferably Thai).
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to create mutually beneficial agreements and navigate complex deal structures.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of a business.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively while paying attention to details.
Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, ownership of tasks, and self-motivation.
Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and a good team player.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Understand in depth the company’s service offerings, employees, customers, technologies used, portfolio, selling points, customer pain points, and target audience.
Actively seek out new business opportunities, whether through cold calls, referrals, networking or other means.
Prospecting and lead generation.
Account management.
Receive and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing efforts, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and requirements.
Work diligently to convert qualified leads into opportunities, understanding client pain points and proposing tailored solutions.
Develop and present detailed project proposals to clients, outlining the scope, timeline, and deliverables based on collaboration with the Business Analysis team to gather comprehensive requirements for the scope of work and with the software development team to obtain a technical solution and accurate estimates for the work involved.
Drive the negotiation process, address client concerns, and work towards successfully closing deals, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both the client and the company.
Foster strong relationships with clients through highly responsive and effective communication and engagement, showcasing the value propositions of our software development services.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to refine our sales strategies.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality, market trends, and areas for improvement in lead generation.
Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, track progress, and generate regular reports for management review.
Represent the company at trade shows and tech conferences.
