Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of test strategies and procedures
• Conduct testing on new product developments and provide feedback to the engineering team
• Support manufacturing processes and provide solutions for cost reduction initiatives
• Work on problem-solving and corrective action activities to ensure product quality
• Manage the disposition of material and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of New Product Development processes and Manufacturing Support
• Familiarity with Cost Reduction initiatives and Management Systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take corrective actions
• Understanding of quality and environmental policies
