Job Summary:
Thermal Engineer is responsible for cooling design and analysis in power converter (AC/DC, DC/DC) in AI, datacenter and networking equipment. Candidate will have opportunity to work closely with world class customers from Silicon Valley or Europe.
Your main role is to:
- Design a thermal solution for power conversion device.
- Perform thermal simulation, flow simulation to analyze thermal problem.
- Correlate, analyze the simulation result with real experiment. Also conducting some special experiment.
- Prepare technical document on the problem.
- Work with power electronics engineer and mechanical engineer to find the most optimum thermal solution for product.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferred Master’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- Prefer Fluid and Thermal Mechanic or Aerospace Engineering.
- Experienced on thermal simulation, fluid flow simulation in electronics and automotive industry is a plus.
Skills:
Strong technical background in the field of:
- Fluent knowledge of Thermodynamic.
- Fluent knowledge of Fluid Mechanic.
- Basic knowledge of acoustic noise theory.
- Experience on thermal and flow simulation is advantage.
- Communicate & organize skill
- Verbal and written communications skills in English.
- Able to travel oversees to Europe, China.
- Professional working attitude, high responsibility and good teamwork, Eager to learn new things & technology.
