Unit Linked Sales support, activation and advisory (40%)
Collaborate with Sales area head to drive UL active ratio and UL prodution
Organize activities and events in order to engage with UL producers in the reqion under supervision, in driving the growth of UL sales within allocated budget
Build and maintain the strong relationship with GM/ AL at highest level and ensure UL sales performance and productivity in each area under supervision
Track and monitor to ensure that agency services are delivered with quality to ensure the satisfaction
Collaborate with UL team and Customer Management team in initiating campaign and contest in supporting sales growth and promoting them to UL producers
Actively support UL producers in any query and request to understand issues in sales and POS processes and escalate to related parties in the company
Provide advices and guidances to UL producers when needed in sales preparation, identifying customer needs, underwriting guideline, regulatory requirements by OIC and SEC.
Unit Linked (UL) training strategy (30%)
Identify Unit-Linked training needs consistent with agreed business objectives and support growth targets.
Develop appropriate UL training programs to address needs, including but not limited to: 1) UL insurance concept , 2) fundamentals of investments and funds , 3) sales skills training tailored to unit-linked positioning, 4) development of professional agent skills / achievement of professional sales qualification, 5) Current and upcoming UL producst / funds
Collaborate with agency academy team via conducting train the trainer program to support agency academy trainers in training UL concept in basic insurance course, fundamental of investments and funds, and all current and upcoming UL products and funds
Develop and organize specialized and complex UL related trainings to UL producers, such as weekly UL Clinic, UL Camps for new UL Licensed agents, etc.
Collaborate with Investments in getting regular update on funds performance and economics updates, and advanced investments and finance courses
Collaborate with BlueStar team, and other stakeholders in the company in educating specific teams or staff in understanding UL/Investments and funds
Participate in Product development, Fund management and related internal and external process to ensure professional selling behavior based on customer needs analysis and comply with company, OIC and SEC regulations and guidelines
Unit Linked development (15%)
Participate as UL expert in projects and special assignments related to product innovation, sales process, fund process and any digital tool development or e-Learning System, and any other tools
Up-to-date in the technologies to facilitate the process improvement in delievering training, sales supporting and other related activities
Unit Linked Intelligence (15%)
Collaborate among UL team and other stakeholders within company in gather data and information relating to UL products and funds in the industry in Thailand and other similar countries
Organize and analyze those data/information and prepare UL intelligence report periodically
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or other related field
5 - 8 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, sales training and Development, or other related fields in the banking or insurance industries
