Senior General Ledger Specialist
Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts accurately and timely
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare journal entries, balance sheet schedules, and supporting documentation
Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Support internal and external audit processes
Coordinate with other departments to resolve accounting issues
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Participate in process improvement initiatives and system implementation if needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in General Ledger or accounting-related roles
Good knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, or similar)
Strong attention to detail, with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
