Assistant Manager Supply Chain

Job responsibilities

• To support the end-to-end supply chain operation of Thailand market
• Collaborate with regional team to support on Demand & Supply Planning, shipment & freight arrangement, cost management etc.
• As a key contact with local logistics partners and distributor
• Monitor KPI and prepare regular reports and analysis for Thailand business
• Support new product launching projects
• Be a local team members to communicate across different functions including sales, commercial, marketing, operation, regulatory and quality team
• Identifies underperforming areas in the supply chain and make improvement suggestions
• Participate cost optimization and sustainability management projects
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by manager

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Business / Logistics / Supply Chain or any related discipline
• Min. 5 years experience in supply chain operation; demand & supply planning experience is a plus
• Experience of managing FMCG business
• Self-motivated team player and a Fast Learner, adaptive to fast-paced working environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed mind and able to work multi-tasking independently
• Excellent MS Powerpoint and Excel skills e.g Vlookups, pivot tables, etc.
• Experience in ERP software (such as Oracle / Futurmaster)
• Professional working proficient in English & Thai
