Collaborate with Business Development (BD) team in part of Sales Force Effectiveness to ensure the optimal resources with appropriate team structure design, right target customer with right frequency, effective omni-channel engagement design with high quality of data and analysis.
Work closely with Market Intelligent team to provide SFE insight, observation, and recommendation to BD.
Design, develop and implement SFE framework and template for BD in order to promptly support and provide crucial information relevant to SFE areas.
Being Representative of Commercial Effectiveness team to present Client/Customer the proposal and rational in part of SFE areas.
Ensure appropriate utilization of Commercial Effectiveness tools / template e.g., SFA, Call Reporting, Customer Segmentation and Targeting, Sales Target Setting, Incentive Calculation, Territory alignment, and etc.
Deliver and improve sales force motivational program (Incentive scheme, Reward & Recognition) to algin with company direction, business strategy and incentive policy.
Collaborate with Digital Enablement team to drive the Omni-Channel engagement and digital consent collection.
Job Requirements
Knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers.
Proven track record and expertise in core SFE activities.
Advanced research and analytical skills.
Experience in Omnichannel Engagement and digital channels.
Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Proficiencies in office productivity tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Dealing with ambiguity and being proactive.
Project management and executing according to timelines.
Team Leadership and People Management Skills.
Business partnering and collaboration with commercial leaders.
Background education in Business or IT degree (Pharmacy or Health Sciences as a nice to have)
Master Degree in business or related field
At least 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical / medical device/ sales/ marketing / SFE experience.
Experience in Business Development area is a plus.
