Provide accurate and timely legal advice, identify risks, and offer mitigation strategies for all legal aspects, including contracts, competition law, anti-bribery, data privacy, employment law, consumer protection, and corporate matters.
Serve as the day-to-day legal point of contact for marketing teams, overseeing contracts and providing legal advice on marketing-related work such as claims, regulations, and other issues.
Partner with support functions such as Finance, HR, and IT (as assigned by the General Counsel), managing projects and deliverables effectively.
Draft and negotiate agreements and other legal documents to support the business, including but not limited to confidentiality agreements, distributor agreements, lease agreements, and service agreements.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies, local regulatory, and reporting requirements.
Stay updated on legal developments and advise on their potential impact on the business.
Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for the business on topics such as Legal Induction, Business Integrity, and Competition Law.
Assist with administrative tasks such as contract filing, preparing POAs, and other duties as assigned by the General Counsel.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Law. Having a lawyer license is an advantage.
3-5 years' experience in a law firm or in-house.
Proficient in Thai and English (speaking and written).
