Duties include but not limited to assisting with:
- Responsible for the management of general commercial property administration, such as lease administration, invoice processing, arrears management, critical date management and filing.
- Support in the management and administration of contracts/contractors.
- Assist with tenant liaison and requests.
- Assist with risk and compliance management.
- Support the site team with new site initiatives such as, but not limited to, sustainability initiatives, events, tenant engagement and other site initiatives.
- Assist with the management of the JLL and client risk and compliance systems.
- Assist with preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and quarterly reports.
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in commercial property management is preferred.
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service & time management skills
- Genuine passion to work in the property industry

- A demonstrated ability to think laterally, accommodate change and new ideas, and most importantly, to prioritise work.

- Ability to interpret (or make suitable enquiry re) the standard building lease and specific tenant lease obligations in order to discuss lease queries with tenants during tenancy liaison meetings.
