Area Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Adjust work appropriately and take care of overall operations to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate and set the date of the annual stock count according to criteria and suitability.
- Coordinate and prepare and participate in opening new stores
- Ensure that the store adheres to company policies and operating guidelines.
- Tackle problems by offering creative and practical solutions.
- Check for errors in store operations and take steps to improve or prevent related problems.
- Check work and recommend career advancement opportunities for employees
- Report to the Area Manager and higher level leaders on progress and problems that arise.
- Ensure all stores meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure that customer service levels are consistent across stores.
- Check SSSG, Net Loss, Manpower Efficiency & Utility expenses
- Work closely with Business Development department on progress in setting up and take over new assigned stores.
- Leading the New Store Soft Opening and working with the marketing department to organize the Grand Opening event.
- Coordinate and prepare and took on a role in opening a new store
- Investigate store performance failures and take relevant improvement or prevention actions.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields)
- Have experience working in retail store management for 3 years or more
- Experience in planning, making decisions, coordinating and negotiating have a good attitude
- Able to work outside normal working hours and able to work both in and out of place
- Able to drive a car and have a driver's license
- Able to communicate in English will consider specially"
