Develop comprehensive account plans that align Apple’s objectives with partner growth strategies to drive adoption of the Apple ecosystem in the Enterprise and Education sectors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring seamless support through closure, while proactively addressing customer issues and concerns.
Facilitate collaboration between reseller and Apple sales teams, providing regular updates on sales activity, status, and progress.
Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and AppleCare to effectively implement account plans and ensure smooth execution.
Lead pipeline development, sales forecasting, deal management, and order fulfillment while maintaining long-term account management.
Strengthen partner relationships through sales programs, enablement tools, and training, ensuring partners are equipped to effectively promote Apple solutions.
Continuously assess and communicate the effectiveness of partnerships, ensuring alignment with Apple’s strategic goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, account management, commercial development, and partner relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding and demonstrated success in channel growth for Enterprise and Education sales across various commercial segments.
Confident and articulate communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders, quickly adapt to diverse environments, and effectively manage partnerships in emerging markets.
Excellent presentation and business planning skills.
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional decision-making environments and drive execution from ideation to implementation.
Capable of working independently as well as within local, regional, and global teams.
