AI Specialist (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Project Design & Implementation: Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI projects that align with FutureSkill’s strategic objectives, particularly in customer service, telesales automation, and internal knowledge management.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business managers, and AI consultants, to bring AI projects from conception to launch.
• Market Readiness: Ensure AI projects are market-ready, focusing on scalability, reliability, and user-friendliness.
• Innovation & Research: Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies, and integrate innovative solutions into FutureSkill’s offerings.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on AI tools and implementations.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of AI systems post-launch, making necessary adjustments to optimize effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• AI Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and real-world applications, with a proven track record of successfully implementing AI projects in a commercial setting.
• No-Code/Low-Code Implementation: Proficiency in using no-code/low-code platforms to develop and deploy AI solutions.
• Project Management Skills: Strong project management abilities with experience in leading AI initiatives from ideation through to execution.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in AI development, with hands-on experience in deploying AI solutions in a business context.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the EdTech sector or familiarity with educational technologies.
• Certification in AI-related courses or specializations.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), machine learning models, and AI-driven automation tools.
