Build and manage the lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from globally renowned B - Schools such as Sasin and other International Business Schools to senior and top management executives across the APAC region.
Providing in-depth and customized information to interested executives who enquire on comprehensive leadership development programs through VIDEO CALLS, phone and email
Ensuring that details pertaining to lead discussions are updated in real-time on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
Guiding and following up on program milestones, documentation, timelines, and payments with customers
Developing best practices for interaction with customers including standard FAQs to ensure that we are capturing value and ensuring the appropriate programs are recommended
Responsible for adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management • Self-contributor role
Demonstrates an infectious positive attitude toward the job, the team, and the organization
Key skills and qualifications:
Proven inside sales/ consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition targets.
Experience in successfully engaging with senior executives (CXO and VP/SVP) in sales of products costing over Rs5L.
Overall 4 Year(s) of work experience out of which a minimum of 3 years of experience with B2C sales is mandatory.
Preferably Ed-tech sales background
Speaking and reading the Thai language is an added benefit.
Excellent verbal, written communication, listening and data analysis skills
Strong phone presence "and comfortable doing high quality online presentations over video calls.
Comfortable handling leads from the APAC region and open to working in Thailand time zone. 5-day work-week. The roster could be Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday.
Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Excel and Salesforce
