Work as personal assistant to support the executives and family as required.
Communicate and coordinate with related departments such as secretary, household staff, driver, organizer, etc. to ensure all service operation run smoothly during any events such as birthday event, party, etc.
Accompany the executives to events and manage all public relations matters such as taking photos and creating content on social media.
Coordinating events and parties, including arranging catering and entertainment.
Arranging travel plans, including making reservations and coordinating transportation.
Handling administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing household finances and managing any documents.
Ensuring the household runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.
Support all requests.
Qualification:
Previous experience as a butler, personal assistant or in a similar role.
Knowledge of formal etiquette and protocol.
Service-minded with strong negotiation skills are a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving skill and time management skills.
The ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
A flexible schedule, as some weekend and evening work may be required.
