Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas, as needed.
Task Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing tasks, setting reminders, and ensuring deadlines are met. Help [CEO/Executive] stay on top of their to-do list.
Document Management: Organize and manage important documents, files, and records. Assist with research and preparation of presentations or reports.
Meeting Support: Prepare meeting materials, attend and take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items.
Expense Management: Track and manage expenses, process reimbursements, and maintain records.
Personal Errands: Assist with personal tasks, such as shopping, scheduling appointments, meals and handling household-related matters.
Gatekeeper: Act as a gatekeeper, screening and managing requests and inquiries on behalf of [CEO/Executive].
Event Planning: Help organize and manage corporate and personal events, including logistics and coordination.
Ad-hoc Support: Provide support for various tasks and projects as they arise, adapting to [CEO/Executive]'s evolving needs.

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication in Thai and English both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside regular business hours when necessary.
A valid driver's license may be required for tasks involving transportation.
