About the Job
This role involves organizing various events and communication activities for end users and the entire site, including kick-offs, roadshows, and go-live events. You will collaborate with the Global CCT and Project team to customize communication activities to meet site-specific needs. In this role, you will:
- Provide regular communications to all involved parties, both local and global, using various channels such as email, Xibo screens, mini gatherings (face-to-face or online), etc.
- Arrange events for all impacted end users by Track, and for the entire site, including kick-offs, roadshows, go-live events, etc.
- Work with the Global CCT and Project team to localize communication activities to cater to site-specific requirements.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of work experience in an administrative background.
- Ability to handle daily appointment scheduling, meetings, conferences, and other activities on the executive’s calendar to support effective time management.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Strong presentation skills.
