Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, the successful candidate will:
- Oversee data collection, maintenance, updating and expansion our best-in-class research database,
- Lead the composition of local and regional research reports related to real estate issues,
- Lead the preparation consulting reports and ensure client expectations are exceeded in terms of content and presentation,
- Provide English language support services internally and to clients,
- Engage and coordinate with clients and industry professionals,
- To perform other tasks as assigned
Required
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Architecture or other related fields,
- Graduate degree in a similarly related field,
- Minimum of 3-4 years professional experience in real estate developers or advisory firms, urban development, or finance
- Command of commercial real estate market dynamics with good understanding of macro trends and historical perspective
- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills essential; financial analysis and modeling skills highly desirable
- Proactive, Detail-Oriented, and Outgoing personality / work ethic,
- A willingness and desire to take a leadership role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel,
- Able to clearly and effectively communicate in English, both in writing and speaking
