Provide insights in latest spend management solutions in the market such as SAP Concur
Lead the development of Spend management consulting services and recommendations to clients through trend research, regulatory research, and advanced data analysis especially in spend management related projects in Southeast Asia and Thailand
Maintain relationship with business partners in developing proposals and conducting sales activities for any prospects
Act as a project manager to define work plan and budget for the entire project
Tailor project management methodology corresponding to different clients’ business context, cultures and project characteristics
Manage budget, scope, timelines, quality, risks, issues, communication, team resources and subcontractors across all streams for the entire project
Work collaboratively with project steering committee, ensuring governance, communication lines and proper escalation process are in place
Gain trust from client’s management and key person through engagement management, ensuring the right balance between profitability and client’s project goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, IT engineering or any related field
10+ years of work experience in Auditor and/or Consulting Industry
7+ years as a Project manager role in strategic planning, operational improvement or process improvement projects, or IT implementation projects
Spend management operation work experience a plus
Spend management system implementation work experience or related certification such as Concur Implementation Partner (CIP) a plus
EPR system implementation such as SAP-FI work experience a plus
Understanding of strategic planning approach, business requirements and regulations, and practical operations for Spend management.
Experience in managing sales activities including proposal creation and presentation
Good relationship with management level in any companies in Thailand or other countries in SEA is a plus
Certificate in certificated accountant, project management or other related program is a plus
Fluency in English and Thai (both verbally and in writing)
Excellent communication skills, being able to convey complex ideas to clients
Excellent documentation skills
Good with MS Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
Flexible in travelling both domestically and internationally
