Job Description

• Plan/drive the individual contributor project for SPX Express.
• Demand forecasting.
• Finding the root cause of unfulfillment and planning strategy.
• Workforce mix assessment & optimization.
• Planning/execution process improvement, risk & governance analysis.
• Growth planning - hiring initiatives, capacity planning.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in business development, project management or management consulting.
• Proficient in English.(written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.(e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides)
• Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective project management, stakeholder management, and communication.
• Can-do attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment environment.
• Multitasker with the ability to prioritize while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
