Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiency in architectural design software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
• Expertise in risk management.
• Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to monitor project costs and ensure financial targets are met.
• Ensuring all projects adhere to quality standards.
• Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance on all projects.

Requirements

• Certification in Project Management is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in architecture and project management.
• Proven track record of managing diverse-scale architectural projects.
• Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Thai.
