Product Excellence and Process Transformation Specialist (Automotive Lending)

Job responsibilities

• Lead the process development by focusing on future trends, including new regulations, new technologies as well as trend customer behavior and future products characteristics in order to improve the productivity and efficiency
• Support the balance quality and effectiveness of process of credit product; which also ensure risk mitigation along end to end product process
• Support the collaboration and carry out various tasks requested by the Regulator; including improving work system and process to be comply with Regulator
• Collaborate with Automotive Lending Sales and Operation in order to reduce % of return, and improve for Top/Good grade customers
• Analyze and find root causes of wasted time and rework

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven track of record of process reengineering with in-depth Auto business and relevant ones
• Strong strategic thinking skills to work on performance improvements and initiatives implementation
• Result-oriented and team leader mindset in achieving goals with team players. Innovative and agile towards changing environments and challenges
• Project implementation experiences is required
