Functions and Job Scopes:

1. Engineering - Engineering covers NPD & Project Management, Machine Design and Development, Maintenance & Support.

• Explore emerging technologies & machine design and software to optimize product development and streamline processes.
• Implement digital solutions for production & engineering projects, ensuring seamless collaboration from design to market launch.
• Implement a digital maintenance system and integrate IoT sensors for real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Utilize digital process automation to streamline workflows and foster an innovative culture.
• Drive efficiency through strategic automation and continuous improvement.

2. Information Technology

• Involving active participation in diverse IT projects. Engage in rotational assignments across various functions, including IT operations, IT services management, and Digital technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards while emphasizing continuous professional development.

3. Manufacturing

• Planning: Supply & Operation Planning, Manage and validate supply to meet customers’ requirements with capacity maximization.
• Production

- Fostering teamwork and effective communication, ensuring products quality and process compliance with legal and safety regulations, and executing assigned tasks.

4.Sales and Marketing

• Marketing for food ingredient business:

- Covering commercial activities including marketing and sales support.

- Developing and executing marketing plans and projects that drive growth and brand awareness for Thai Union Ingredients.

• Marketing and Sales (B2B & B2C) for frozen seafood business:

- The role focuses on presenting Frozen Seafood products, managing key accounts, and pursuing new opportunities for increased sales volume.

- Effective teamwork and performance under pressure are critical aspects of the role.

5.Finance and Accounting

Accounting and Finance- Managing a company's financial resources, Recording and analyzing financial transactions including responsibilities such as financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, cash management, tax compliance, internal controls, financial planning, and auditing.
