To strengthen and reinforce our Technical Service team by adding an inspired individual, we are looking for: Service Technician * Job description: - Lắp đặt, sửa chữa máy móc, thiết bị sản phẩm Setup, install and repair all products for business requirements - Thực hiện việc bảo hành, bảo trì sản phẩm theo định kỳ và theo yêu cầu Periodically visit clients for warranty check and maintenance as scheduled, update visit records - Sắp xếp lịch bảo hành và bảo trì theo yêu cầu của Quản lý Arrange timing for warranty check and maintenance schedule as per PM/SA instruction - Hướng dẫn khách hàng sử dụng, vận hành máy và hỗ trợ khách hàng trong thời gian sử dụng Instruct customers on machine application and provide support during machine operation - Hỗ trợ việc đào tạo kỹ thuật, lắp đặt mới, và lắp đặt trưng bày giới thiệu sản phẩm Support in technical trainings, new setup, installation and demonstrations - Báo cáo vấn đề kỹ thuật của sản phẩm cho Trưởng phòng BP Kỹ Thuật Report on technical problems of manufacturer to Product Manager - Hỗ trợ dữ liệu trong việc lắp đặt (hình ảnh/tư liệu) Support data installation (pictures/document) - Đảm nhiệm các nhiệm vụ khác được chỉ định bởi Trưởng phòng Kỹ Thuật và Dịch vụ Khách hàng.
